Everton have been knocked out of the FA Cup in a dismal performance against Bournemouth on Saturday.
The Toffees have now lost all three of their games against the Cherries this season.
It was without doubt the worst performance under David Moyes’ tenure with Everton looking miles off the side they’ve shown themselves to be in recent weeks.
Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola claimed Everton held an advantage coming into the game with the Goodison Park atmosphere.
That did not prove to be the case when the whistle was blown with the Toffees second best by some distance.
However, there was one moment which caused a lot of controversy among those in the home end at Goodison during the first half.

Bournemouth’s penalty may have been offside vs Everton
The visitors opened the scoring after being awarded a penalty through a challenge from James Tarkowski on Antoine Semenyo.
Reporting for Sky Sports, Vinny O’Connor admitted he thought there was an offside in the build-up to the foul from Tarkowski.
“I thought there was a hint of offside when the ball was played into Semenyo,” he said.
“Once play went on though the challenge from Tarkowski was always going to be a penalty.”
With no VAR in operation at this stage of the FA Cup, the referee was left relying on his lineman who did not flag for the suspected offside.
Alan Shearer praised Jordan PIckford this week, but the Everton shot stopper was unable to make another penalty save.
Everton may have been left appealing for the offside but there was little else to complain about in what was a convincing defeat.
Everton second best in Bournemouth defeat
John Brooks made no mistake in awarding the foul on Tarkowski with what was a really lazy challenge from the defender.
And it was a really poor showing on the whole from Everton.

Everton face Liverpool on Wednesday night in the rescheduled final Merseyside Derby at Goodison Park.
Given the form the Reds have shown throughout this season, Moyes will need a much better performance from his side if they are to take anything from that game.
