Everton have made some major moves in this summer’s transfer window, with the signing of Jack Grealish and Tyler Dibling.

David Moyes will want more, though. The 62-year-old has been vocal this summer in his demand to see his squad bolstered.

During the United States tour, Moyes requested nine Everton signings, which would leave Everton needing another addition before Monday to hit their target.

However, it has recently been suggested that Everton expect another two signings to be made.

This comes after the addition of Dibling, who addresses the club’s need for a natural option on the right wing.

Having landed the 19-year-old, The Friedkin Group have taken one of Everton’s other targets for their needs at AS Roma.

The Friedkin Group eyeing Everton target Tyrique George for Roma

Earlier this summer, Everton were eyeing a move for Chelsea youngster Tyrique George, having even sent scouts to watch him.

The move for Dibling has now likely ended any interest from the Toffees in the 19-year-old from Chelsea.

However, according to Fabrizio Romano, the Friedkins now want to land George for their other club, AS Roma.

It is claimed ‘positive talks’ have been held between Roma and the player’s representatives in a London meeting this week.

With talks underway, it is believed Roma could wrap up a permanent move for the prospect, but Chelsea will require a hefty sell-on clause.

Chelsea have been open to offloading George for a number of weeks now, yet the Blues decided to move for Dibling.

Having signed officially on Monday, Dibling could make his Everton debut against Mansfield Town on Wednesday in the Carabao Cup.

Everton struck gold with landing Tyler Dibling

There are a lot of people around the game who are expecting George to go on to big things in the game.

Joe Cole has described George as a ‘defender’s nightmare’ following some of his showings in last season’s Europa Conference League.

Despite reports of a £50m valuation, Everton landed Dibling for £35m.

Dibling gained a lot of experience in the Premier League last season, which could put him in a good position to kick on this season.

Paul Scholes has been so impressed by Dibling, and believes that Everton have landed themselves a real coup.

Fans will be eagerly awaiting the team news to emerge ahead of the game against Mansfield.
