Everton’s summer transfer window has got off to a steady start on Merseyside with only two new faces signed.
Carlos Alcaraz was also secured on a permanent deal, but David Moyes is now waiting on further additions to be added.
Attacking signings are the priority at Everton this summer on the back of Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Armando Broja’s departure.
Thierno Barry has now linked up with his new Everton teammates for the tour of the United States.
And it would appear Beto is set to stay at Everton after the striker has chosen to wear the number nine shirt for the new season.
But The Friedkin Group will be hoping to replicate a transfer master stroke they appear to have pulled off at Roma.

Everton owners The Friedkin Group strike masterstroke at AS Roma
Everton are open to signing another striker this summer despite already securing the signature of Barry.
It had been suggested Everton had shown some interest in Evan Ferguson, who has now departed Brighton & Hove Albion.
Ferguson signed for AS Roma earlier this week on an initial loan with a £40m option, and it is fair to say the Ireland international has hit the ground running.
On his debut for the Italian giants, Ferguson netted four goals and provided an assist.
The young striker was waiting for a club to take a chance on him, and he is being given the opportunity in the Italian capital.
This is not to suggest that the Friedkins should have necessarily signed Ferguson for Everton, but it goes to show their judgement can be trusted in the market.
Everton have put some experienced figures in place, like Angus Kinnear, to guide them through the transfer window.
And their work done over in Rome will hopefully be replicated on Merseyside over the coming weeks.

Thierno Barry could make Everton debut vs Bournemouth
Barry did not feature against Accrington Stanley nor Blackburn Rovers over the last week.
However, the 22-year-old could be in line to make his debut in New Jersey against AFC Bournemouth.
With Jarrad Branthwaite missing the tour through injury, Moyes will be hoping all of his players come through without any issues.
But Everton fans will also be hoping to see Barry begin his time with the Blues by finding the back of the net.
