Everton have finally released their new Castore home kit for the 2026/27 campaign.
Wednesday saw Everton announce their sponsorship deals with CMC Markets and Stake, with the home kit reveal promised for Thursday, 2 July.
Well, 9am has come and gone and the home kit has been unveiled for all Evertonians to see.
Everton did extremely well not to allow their kit to be leaked months in advance, with the only photos emerging late on Wednesday evening.
Let us know your immediate thoughts! 🤩
Now the home kit has been shared with the public and is on sale for fans to purchase, here are three things Everton News picked up on from the launch.

Subtle colour change to Everton’s home shirt?
The leaked images on Wednesday evening appeared to show a subtle colour change to the 2026/27 Everton home shirt.
In comparison to last season’s shirt, the latest offering from Castore appeared to be a considerably lighter shade of blue.
However, the official images from the club does make the shirt come across as the standard royal blue colour expected of an Everton shirt.
Perhaps the kit may look different in the light of day, only time will tell.
Idrissa Gana Gueye shirt printing still available
As of July, Idrissa Gana Gueye is no longer contracted to Everton after his deal came to an end.
Conversations remain ongoing with Gueye and his agents over a potential contract extension to keep him on Merseyside.
What would you do with Idrissa Gana Gueye this summer? 😬
He's got a one-year extension clause in his deal…
It was interesting, though, to see that supporters can still customise their shirts with the Senegal international’s name on the back of their shirts.

However, it must be stressed that Gueye’s wife has hinted at a house move, which may be a sign towards life beyond Everton.
As expected, Jack Grealish was not an option following the conclusion of his loan. Whereas Tyrique George was an option.
Leicester City 2005/06 vibes
The gold trim on the collar certainly gives it a feel of the Leicester City 2005/06 home kit.
‘The 2026/27 home shirt sees the return of trinity amber in the rounded, white cut-away collar and on the outside of white-trimmed sleeves,’ the Everton statement read.
Rewind back to the 2005/06 season and the Foxes were playing in the second tier, which led to a 16th placed finish.
Everton will be hoping for more success than another mid-lower finish in the Premier League this time around after David Moyes targeted European qualification last season.
It is quite the contrast from the 2025/26 home kit, which featured the wavy design as a nod to the River Mersey.
