Everton’s transfer business is expected to ramp up a gear once June ends.
The start of July marks the new financial year, so the Friedkin Group will be able to hand David Moyes a healthy budget to kickstart the spending spree.
Everton are eyeing Aleksandar Mitrovic and are willing to bid up to £38.5m to land the prolific Al-Hilal striker.
Jack Grealish continues to be linked to the Toffees, although, that deal would take a big chunk out of David Moyes’ budget.
Now, Everton fans are reacting to another transfer rumour that just keeps resurfacing.

Everton fans horrified at repeated links to Newcastle United star Sean Longstaff
Everton have been linked to Sean Longstaff for months, with the Newcastle United midfielder believed to be available for around £12m.
Journalist Mark Douglas, who writes for iNews, has again linked Sean Longstaff with a move to Merseyside this morning.
It’s fair to say, Everton supporters are far from convinced.
@aide_dews commented: “Hope not. Good engine on him and gets about the pitch but besides that he’s not all that. There’s so much better out there than him.”
“We’ve suffered enough,” @somecallme2019 said.
“I hate this link every window,” @SeanParamedic added.
@Tonyyates1878 noted: “Not this rumour again.”
“Same story, for last 18 months,” @FonzyXXV explained.
“No thanks,” @veKnaigleB simply wrote.
Better options out there than Longstaff
Longstaff would be a pretty underwhelming addition and there is certainly better out there for the Toffees.
Moyes has been eyeing Sunderland’s Chris Rigg, who is widely regarded as one of the best young midfielders in the country.
Everton are also interested in highly-rated Habib Diarra, with the Strasbourg captain expected to leave this summer.
Diarra is good friends with Idrissa Gana Gueye, so perhaps he could be convinced to complete a switch to the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Diarra also has interest from Aston Villa, Atletico Madrid and Leeds United.
