Everton suffered another considerable injury blow last week with Armando Broja sustaining a fresh issue.
The large majority of Everton’s issues this season have stemmed from their strikers.
David Moyes’ first game in charge of the Toffees saw Everton fail to find the back of the net once again against Aston Villa.
After the game, Moyes spoke about Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s form with the striker having scored just twice all season.
Sean Dyche did not have a lot of options to select from before his sacking with some serious injury problems hindering his squad.
Moyes has now been given a real taste for Dyche’s issues with an update provided on Broja’s injury sustained against Peterborough United.

Chelsea want full loan fee if Everton terminate Armando Broja’s loan
On Thursday, it was suggested Everton would terminate Broja’s loan after finding out his injury diagnosis.
The Albania international is now set to miss the large majority of the season with a 10-12 week timeframe put on his return.
However, according to The Guardian, Chelsea would demand the full loan fee from Everton for the 23-year-old if they are to end his time on Merseyside.
Everton are said to be looking to free up a spot in their loan allocation this month, with Broja now taking up a spot unnecessarily.
PSR is another concern for Everton in the January window, which means a loan move would be something of real benefit to the Toffees.
And it seems to get Broja off the books on Merseyside; the Friedkins are going to have to swallow a considerable loan fee for the Albanian’s frustrating time at the club.
Everton need to accept failed Broja move
It is a real shame how the striker’s time at Goodison has panned out after those at Everton had a lot of excitement over Broja playing for the Blues.
But the Toffees need to accept that it has not worked out and either way, they are going to be paying for his loan deal.

Considering the money needs to be paid one way or another, Everton may as well free up a loan spot for the January window by sending Broja back to west London.
Moyes has already suggested Broja will return to Chelsea for treatment.
Given the issues Everton are having going forward, bringing in another striker could decide their top-flight status ahead of their new stadium move.
