Everton are expected to make at least one signing on transfer deadline day.
Tyrique George is set to complete a move to Everton today, with the Chelsea winger joining on loan with an option to buy in the summer.

George was linked to the Toffees last year, so clearly David Moyes has been an admirer of the England under-21 international for some time.
If you could sign one player, who would it be Everton fans? 🤩
Now, it has just emerged that Everton actually made contact to sign a different Premier League winger before the George deal advanced.

Everton approached Fulham in bid to sign Harry Wilson
Everton have been exploring a deal to sign Harry Wilson for much of the January transfer window after his sensational season at Fulham.
Wilson has been one of the standout wingers in the Premier League this term, netting eight goals whilst laying on four assists.
How good of a signing would this be for Everton? 👀
Everton are showing an interest…
That said, BBC Sport journalist Sami Mokbel has just reported that the Toffees actually made an approach to sign the Welshman last week.
Mokbel posted: “Fulham reject enquiry from Everton for midfielder Harry Wilson. Approach received last week but was instantly rebuffed. Wilson out of contract in the summer.”
There is a chance that Everton revisit the deal in the summer, as Wilson is expected to be available on a free transfer.
Harry Wilson was clearly the first-choice target for David Moyes
Evidently, it appears as though Wilson was the first-choice target for Moyes before the George deal advanced.
The Scotsman places great importance on recruiting proven Premier League players with a bit more experience.
So, it’ll be interesting to see how frequently George plays, as he’s only at the beginning of his career, much like Tyler Dibling.
What are your first thoughts on the potential signing of Tyrique George? ⚡️
Considering the circumstances, with Grealish out injured, surely George will be a regular starter for the remainder of the season.
