Jarrad Branthwaite has been the subject of a lot of interest already this season, and now sources close to the player have revealed his situation.
Sean Dyche came under a lot of scrutiny for not starting Jarrad Branthwaite against Southampton at the weekend, with Michael Ball calling it an ’embarrassing’ decision.
Michael Keane and James Tarkowski have been the preferred centre-back partnership this season, and Dyche even claimed they played well together last time out.
Jake O’Brien has suffered due to the lack of trying something new, with Everton fans also growing impatient due to his lack of minutes this season.
Now, it appears as if Jarrad Branthwaite has his sights set away from Everton as sources close to the player have shared his aspirations.

What sources close to Jarrad Branthwaite are now saying about his future at Everton
Jarrad Branthwaite has only started one game for Everton in the current campaign, and that came against Crystal Palace, which unsurprisingly ended with three points.
Sadly, Branthwaite has attracted the attention of Manchester United and Liverpool with his performances last season and already in minimal minutes this season.

And it appears as if the interest is still there and Branthwaite’s intentions have been revealed.
According to TalkSPORT, sources close to Branthwaite say he has ambitions to play for a top Premier League club, with Man United and Liverpool still admirers.
Jarrad Branthwaite’s situation at Everton
Sean Dyche explained why Branthwaite missed out against Southampton, which was due to Keane and Tarkowski doing well in the five-game unbeaten streak.
But, this is the kind of explanation that shows he’s not quite got the ruthlessness to be a top manager, as you simply can’t leave your best defender out when he’s fully fit.
It ended up coming back to bite Dyche, leading to mass criticism, which added more misery, as well as the fact that Tarkowski had a poor performance by his standards.
The Everton boss’ use of Branthwaite is opening the door even more for a move in January, as he’ll know himself that he’s too good to be sitting on the substitutes’ bench.
