There was a lot of speculation around Everton heading into transfer deadline day, but it’s looking like a rather quiet end to the window for the Toffees.
Everton are set to complete a move for Carlos Alcaraz, with the player having done his medical today. He joins on loan from Flamengo, and there will be an option to buy in the summer.
Earlier today, Sky’s Alan Myers reported he didn’t expect too much to happen with Everton today.
And that does appear to be the case with Alcaraz looking to be the only incoming.
On the outgoings side, Harrison Armstrong is set to join Derby County on loan.
But one player who seemingly won’t be departing is Jack Harrison.
Jack Harrison looks likely to stay at Everton after zero contact from Fulham with Leeds

Ahead of transfer deadline day, it was claimed that Jack Harrison had interest from Fulham.
Of course, Harrison is on loan at Everton from Leeds United, and the intention has been for him to spend the full season at Goodison Park.
Some had wondered whether Harrison might be on the move today.
The winger has been criticised regularly this term for poor performances, and many wouldn’t be opposed to seeing him head back to his parent club.
But it’s been claimed by Leeds Live that, despite the reports of interest, there has been no actual contact from Fulham over Harrison as of this afternoon.
That means Harrison is now looking highly likely to remain with Everton until the end of the season as per the original agreement.
Moyes needs much more from Harrison
Everton have improved a lot collectively under Moyes, and a number of individuals are already looking much better.
Harrison has had a poor season, and many couldn’t understand why he got so many opportunities under Dyche.

| Goals – 0 |
| Assists – 0 |
It looks as if he is staying at Everton for the rest of the season rather than heading back to Leeds and then going elsewhere, and Moyes needs the 28-year-old to start finding some consistency.
He’s yet to score or assist this season. But Moyes has already got forward players Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Beto and Iliman Ndiaye scoring goals, and Harrison must follow suit.
