There is an opportunity there for Everton to potentially make a push to bring Richarlison back to Merseyside this summer.
Questions remain as to whether Thierno Barry and Beto are able to offer enough for Everton to actually secure European qualification.
It is, however, believed that Everton are open to signing another striker this summer as they look to continue their progression under the Friedkins.
How do you feel about bringing Richarlison home in the summer? 🇧🇷
He absolutely loves the Blues! 🐦
Richarlison has been eyed by Everton for what would be a sensational return to Merseyside following his £60m move to Tottenham Hotspur.
The Brazilian is now available on the market, but should Everton seriously consider reuniting with Richarlison?

Tottenham put Richarlison up for sale as Everton ponder reunion
Turkish report Yagiz Sabuncuoglu has claimed one of the big Turkish sides has now made an official offer to sign Richarlison from Spurs.
The Brazilian only has one year remaining on his deal in north London following a relatively positive 2025/26 season, in terms of goals.
Despite Tottenham’s season to forget, Richarlison was still able to provide 11 goals and four assists in the Premier League.
If you were Angus Kinnear who would you be going all out for this summer? 💰
At the age of 29 and with one year remaining on his deal, a potential bargain could be there for any interested club this summer.
Whether Richarlison would actually be an upgrade for Everton
Beto really impressed towards the back end of the season after enjoying a strong run of goalscoring form.
The 28-year-old ended the season on nine goals in the Premier League and Barry helped himself to eight in his debut campaign.
Clearly, there is still plenty of room for improvement from both players, but it was a solid combined return.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall admitted Everton need a prolific goalscorer who is capable of adding 15 goals at least in a season.
Although Beto and Barry have not exactly shown they are capable of this, it has to be stressed that neither has Richarlison.
Over the course of the Brazilian’s nine seasons in the Premier League, Richarlison has never returned more than 13 goals.
| Season | Goals |
| 25/26 | 11 |
| 24/25 | 4 |
| 23/24 | 11 |
| 22/23 | 1 |
| 21/22 | 10 |
| 20/21 | 7 |
| 19/20 | 13 |
| 18/19 | 13 |
| 17/18 | 5 |
When comparing the data of the two current Everton strikers and Richarlison, there really is not a lot that suggests the 29-year-old would actually provide any improvement on Merseyside.
Granted, Richarlison demonstrated his ability to help create more goals last season than the Everton duo, but the Toffees are desperate for a clinical goalscorer.

That certainly is not Richarlison.
The Brazilian actually had the lowest conversion rate out of the three strikers last season, and by far the lowest dominance in the air.
Richarlison was able to match Barry when it came to non-penalty xG, but the pair were both overshadowed considerably by Beto.
A possible homecoming of sorts for Richarlison would certainly make for a good story, but Everton have to look past the sentiment now if they are serious about progressing as a football club.
