Sean Dyche finds himself in a bit of a sticky situation, with performances on the field from his Everton side causing concern amongst the supporters.
Everton have lost just one game in their last eight games, but that doesn’t tell the story of the stale performances and missed chances in recent weeks.
The Brentford clash was the latest missed chance for Sean Dyche and his men, as they failed to break down the ten men and looked lost for ideas in the second half.
It’s believed that the Friedkin Group are busy focusing on the takeover, whilst Farhad Moshiri has given the full backing to Dyche at this moment in time.
Interestingly, former Everton winger Aaron Lennon has chipped in with a comment on the current managerial situation, as he named the perfect man for the job.

Aaron Lennon names the ‘perfect’ manager for Everton right now
Aaron Lennon joined Everton on loan in 2015 but returned to Tottenham Hotspur, despite them leaving him out of their first team squad that summer.
The winger then returned in 2015 for around £4.5 million, and went on to make 77 appearances in total for the Toffees, in which he scored nine and assisted three.
Interestingly, he’s still kept an eye on Everton and thoroughly enjoyed his time at the club, which has led to him making a comment on his former team’s situation.
Speaking on the Planet Premier League podcast, Lennon stated that Sean Dyche is the perfect manager for the job ahead at Everton and will keep them afloat.
He said.
“I was really worried for Everton at the start of the season, they had a few bad results. And they were conceding, like I said if you have a look at how many goals they’ve been conceding this season.
“It was just not like a Sean Dyche side. They’re not scoring many, but they’re only conceding the odd goal here and there. But the form is much better now.
“I still believe Sean Dyche is the perfect man for that job. Because he will not let any of the outside noise get in between what goes on, on the pitch for his team.”
Who could potentially replace Sean Dyche?
Everton clearly aren’t looking to get rid of Sean Dyche at this moment in time, but there could be a change of ownership by mid-December, which could bring about a change of management.
Interestingly, it has been claimed that David Moyes is being eyed as a temporary replacement for Dyche if things don’t improve.
The former Everton boss has been out of work since he left West Ham and is now looking for the right opportunity to ease himself back into management.
Coming back to Everton could be a smart move. He’ll already have that connection with the fans, and it’ll be familiar surroundings, as well as the opportunity to prove himself heading into a new stadium.
