David Moyes picked up his first win back at Everton on Sunday afternoon as his side defeated Tottenham Hotspur 3-2 on Merseyside.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin earned most of the plaudits for his sensational goal, though, he perhaps should’ve scored more than one.
Everton fans thought Jesper Lindstrom was superb, too, and many thought he should’ve taken home the Man of the Match award.
Three points for the hosts puts them four clear of the relegation zone ahead of their trip to Brighton and Hove Albion next Saturday.
By that time, Moyes will be hopeful of additions in the window, as he delivered a transfer plea to the Friedkin Group in his press conference after the game.

David Moyes makes second transfer plea
In his first press conference back at Everton earlier this week, Moyes said he wants to spend a bit of money this month.
It was quite a calm and measured way of putting it but days removed from that, there’s been little activity transfer wise and they’re still yet to make their first signing.
So, speaking after the Spurs game, Moyes made another transfer plea and this time made it clear that reinforcements are ‘definitely’ needed.
Moyes simply said: “We definitely need to add in the transfer market.”
It’s a clear demand to the Friedkin Group that whilst today’s victory shows there is enough in the group to stay up, there’s still a pressing need to add quality to the forward line and there can’t be any complacency from this result.
With Armando Broja out injured for around 10-12 weeks, the need for a replacement is apparent. A new winger is also a must.
Everton could turn to Chelsea duo
It’s understood Moyes is keen to sign a new left-back to provide Vitaliy Mykolenko with competition after his below-par few seasons at the club.
Moyes admirers Chelsea’s Ben Chilwell and he’s also keen on his attacking teammate Carney Chukwuemeka.
Both are available this winter having been excluded from Enzo Maresca’s plans and a loan deal has been mooted.
However, that simply isn’t feasible at the moment with Everton’s two loan spots filled by Broja and Jack Harrison.
So there will need to movement out of the door first.
