Everton are now on the hunt for their next manager after sacking Sean Dyche on Thursday afternoon.
In what was a major shock, The Friedkin Group made the decision to sack Dyche just hours ahead of their FA Cup clash at Goodison Park.
The question is now who will replace the 53-year-old in the dugout on Merseyside with two Premier League games quickly following the FA Cup game.
Seamus Coleman and Leighton Baines will take interim charge at Everton for the game against Peterborough United.
But Everton have already admitted the search is underway to find their permanent replacement.

David Moyes could hire Lee Carsley as Everton assistant
With Dyche out the door, Everton are eyeing David Moyes as their potential replacement.
Moyes has previous at Everton having managed there for a number of years before heading off the Manchester United and West Ham.
And according to Sky Sports, the Scotsman could bring a familiar face with him back to Goodison in Lee Carsley.
“One name that does stand out is David Moyes. I spoke to him a few weeks ago and his attitude then was that he doesn’t need to take on a club who is fighting relegation,” said Vinny O’Connor.
“At the same time, Everton means a lot to him and if an offer came in, it might be a difficult one to turn down.
“Another name being linked is Lee Carsley. If Moyes came in there is talk Carsley could come in as his assistant.”
Moyes is not the only manager in the frame with Paulo Fonseca also on Everton’s radar having only been out of work for just over one week.
Lee Carsley now has managerial experience
Carsley was eyed by Leicester City for their vacancy in recent weeks, before they made the appointment of Ruud van Nistelrooy.
He has been able to pick up some considerable experience over recent years in the England setup.
| Carsley as England boss | Total |

Having managed the England U21s, Carsley was appointed as the interim manager for the England senior side following Sir Gareth Southgate’s exit.
