Everton could be forced into making a big decision on the future of their manager if results fail to pick up.
Sean Dyche is coming under pressure with Everton failing to pull away from the bottom three on the back of the takeover.
The Friedkins are assessing Dyche’s position at the club with the Toffees slumped all the way down in 16th spot.
Managerial changes have been made elsewhere in the Premier League with West Ham United sacking Julen Lopetegui.
With Everton potentially one of the next sides to follow suit, an update has emerged on whether the Friedkins would reunite with Jose Mourinho.

Everton are not looking to appoint Jose Mourinho
Although he has now been appointed the West Ham manager, Everton were keen on Graham Potter as a possible Dyche successor.
But Mourinho, like Potter, will not be making the move to Merseyside.
According to journalist Ben Jacobs, The Friedkin Group are not looking to appoint Mourinho as their next manager.
He does claim TFG are still considering Dyche’s future with three games coming in quick succession for the Blues over the next week.
The Premier League legend is currently managing over in Turkey with Fenerbahce having previously been sacked by TFG at AS Roma.
Everton fans want to see Mourinho appointed, but it seems they will not be getting their wish any time soon.

Jose Mourinho wants to return to England
Although the Friedkins may not currently be eyeing Mourinho as a potential candidate to replace Dyche, he is keen to return to the Premier League.
Speaking late last year, the former Chelsea boss admitted he wants to manage an English side not competing in Europe.
“The best thing I have to do is when I leave Fener is that I go to a club that doesn’t play in UEFA competition,” he said.
“So a club at the bottom in England who needs a coach in two years, I’m ready to go. I don’t want to speak anymore about it. I want to speak about the game.”
Although the Friedkins did part ways with Mourinho, they could potentially offer him everything he wants in his next club.
The Friedkins are looking to build Everton in foreign markets, to do so they may need to make some considerable moves off the pitch.
And it is certainly a move which would put Everton back on the map in terms of being led by one of the game’s biggest managers.
