David Moyes is going to have some interesting decisions to make ahead of Everton’s game against Wolves on Wednesday evening.
The Toffees are in desperate need of three points having suffered a devastating loss at the weekend against Brentford.
Amid the winter schedule, Everton have the opportunity to bounce back quickly with fixtures coming every few days in the Premier League.

Moyes admitted he’s unsure if Everton will sign anyone this month despite the clear demand for improvements to be made on Merseyside.
However, the 62-year-old has admitted that there is one player in his current side that has really impressed him over recent weeks.
With some fans divided over what they’ve seen, it is becoming apparent that Moyes sees a bright future for the player at Everton.

David Moyes wowed by what he’s noticed about Merlin Rohl at Everton
Everton fans have not been blown away by Merlin Rohl having made some recent appearances in the starting XI.
The German has finally been handed an opportunity in the starting XI following some turbulent months following his signing.
Speaking to the media on Tuesday, Moyes admitted that he’s been so impressed by Rohl’s physical attributes.
If you are David Moyes, who are you starting alongside James Garner vs Wolves? 🤨
Surely Armstrong gets his start!
“We’ve been really impressed with what we’ve seen from Merlin. Certainly, his physicals are something else, they really are, so there’s lots about him we like,” Moyes told the Liverpool Echo.
“I think he’s not quite got into his rhythm and it might take him a wee while this time. He surprised me by how quickly he went back into training, and I thought: ‘Oh, wow’ [over the pace of his comeback]…
“I think he’s been a bit behind it in the games he’s played so far. He can do a hybrid job for us at the moment, and we’re piecing him in different places at the moment, so we’ll see how it goes.”
Despite some of his struggles, Rohl has admitted he’s loving life at Everton, with his stay set to be made permanent at the end of the term.
Clearly there is a contrast between how Moyes views the midfielder and how some of the fans do, but it will be telling whether Rohl starts on Wednesday against Wolves.
Merlin Rohl now handed Harrison Armstrong competition
The German is not the only Everton midfielder who has caught the attention of the Scottish manager, though.
Moyes praised Harrison Armstrong following his Everton return at the weekend in the loss to Brentford.
What changes would you make for Wolves? 🤔
After being recalled from Preston North End, the 18-year-old has a point to prove to Moyes ahead of the window closing.
Armstrong could earn himself a spot in the squad for the remainder of the season if he impresses on the pitch over the coming weeks.
And the Everton youngster will be one of the players who could well keep Rohl out of the starting XI in the future.
