Everton are already plotting their moves for the summer transfer window.
The Friedkin Group are planning to spend big once they’re out of the woods PSR-wise, which should be once the financial year ends in June.
The American investors wanted to back David Moyes more heavily in Janaury, however, they decided to keep their powder dry.
That’s setting up for what will be a transformative summer and Moyes is already drawing up a list of targets.
With that said, it’s just emerged that Everton are plotting a move for a highly-rated wide player in the Championship.

Everton planning fresh bid for Tom Fellows
According to today’s edition of the Sunday Mirror (page 69), Everton are planning to make a fresh offer for West Bromwich Albion winger Tom Fellows this summer.
Everton made a late £10m offer for Fellows in January, but ultimately, the Friedkin’s pulled out of the deal to save funds.
It’s understood Moyes is a really big fan of the 21-year-old, who’s registered 13 goal involvements in 34 outings.
Fellows is believed to be keen on a move to Merseyside, too, so it’s certainly a deal that can be struck if his £20m valuation is met.
Southampton also interested in Fellows
Everton aren’t the only club keeping tabs on Fellows, as Premier League rivals Southampton are also showing an interest.
However, with relegation looking near certain, they’re unlikely to beat the Toffees to his signature, unless they can outbid them.
Though, that’s highly unlikley given the Friedkin’s resources, so at this stage, it seems Moyes and his chiefs are in prime position to land the England under-21 international.
