Everton put a strong foot forward on Sunday in their victory over Tottenham Hotspur.
As well as the three points added to the board, Everton will have been provided a great deal of confidence for things to come.
David Moyes will be delighted to have put his first victory on the board since his return to Goodison Park, on top of what was a fine showing.
There were plenty of positives to come from the game against Spurs.
Everton fans praised Dominic Calvert-Lewin for his display after he netted his first goal since September for the Blues.
But Moyes has also singled out one other Everton player who he was really impressed with on Sunday against the Londoners.

David Moyes really impressed by Everton’s Jesper Lindstrom
During the win against Spurs, Moyes could be heard shouting encouragement to Lindstrom from the sidelines.
And that encouragement paid off with the Danish winger proving really influential during the game at Goodison.
Speaking during his press conference on Friday, Moyes waxed lyrical about what he has seen from the on-loan Napoli star.
“Jesper, for example, I thought showed a lot, got a couple of assists and the team played very well,” he said.
“I thought Jesper was a big part of that. But overall, I was thrilled with the team’s performance and we need to show a little bit of consistency. That was only one win.”
Leon Osman agreed Lindstrom played well against Tottenham on the weekend with Moyes trusting him from the start.
Although just two games in Moyes’ tenure, it is apparent there are already some players beginning to stand out.

Lindstrom becoming undroppable for Moyes
The signs before the 60-year-old’s first game were even positive with Moyes and Lindstrom spotted speaking privately at Finch Farm.
And the Dane’s display against Spurs showed a clear confidence boost provided by the appointment of the Scotsman
Another difficult game is coming up for Everton this weekend where Moyes will be looking for players like Lindstrom to step up once again.
Harrison Armstrong has also impressed Moyes, but it is apparent the Danish winger is the first team player who has really stood out for him.
