Everton have produced some real talent over the years, but they’ve also seen a lot of them leave.
David Moyes has seen plenty of youngsters make a name for themselves during his career on Merseyside.
There will be questions as to how many future stars remain at Everton following the recent tenure of Farhad Moshiri.
Youngster Harrison Armstrong is being tipped for a huge future after impressing in his loan spell at Derby County.
However, the Toffees have also allowed some real talents to escape their grasp over recent years.
And there is one player, in particular, who David Unsworth has admitted he still can’t believe the club allowed to move on.

David Unsworth baffled by Everton’s sale of Antonee Robinson
Neville Southall has slammed Everton’s recruitment over recent years after sharing his demands to the club’s board.
Considering Everton’s struggles recently with PSR scares, producing their own talent would have proven a huge boost for the club.
Speaking to Team Talk, Unsworth has admitted he could not believe the club sanctioned the £2m sale of left-back Antonee Robinson.
“We had some amazing talent at the time. Anthony Gordon, we signed Dominic Calvert-Lewin from Sheffield United, signed Mason Holgate, who went straight into the first team,” said Unsworth.
“Antonee Robinson was another one and a classic example of selling a player after his loan [with Wigan]. If we’d have kept Robinson for another six months, he’d have been the natural replacement for Leighton Baines.
“It baffled us at the time, but unfortunately when these players leave on loan you lose control of them and then it’s not your decision.
“We knew Antonee would be a late developer and look how well he’s doing with Fulham now. He’s going to get a top move this summer.”
Robinson said Everton tried to re-sign him from Wigan Athletic, but the deal was never finalised by Moshiri.
It has turned out to be a huge error by the club as they now only have one senior left-back in the squad with Vitaliy Mykolenko.
Antonee Robinson set for huge summer move
After impressing during his time in London with Fulham, Robinson is now looking set to depart over the summer in a big move.
Everton will receive a PSR boost if Robinson is sold by Fulham as they hold a sell-on clause in his contract.
But the 27-year-old’s expected departure could only rub salt in the wound for Unsworth.
It has been suggested Robinson could sign for Liverpool over the coming months in a deal worth £40m as they eye a long-term replacement for Andy Robertson.
Seeing him join the Reds would be the ultimate blow for the blue half of Merseyside.
