Dominic Calvert-Lewin set for next move after Everton

Calvert-Lewin left Everton at the end of June, despite the striker holding new contract talks with the Toffees.

Everton look set to sign Thierno Barry as his replacement as the former Everton striker looks for his next club.

According to Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg, Calvert-Lewin has received some offers from the Bundesliga.

It is claimed this is an opportunity to watch with talks now ongoing between the striker and clubs in Germany.

Calvert-Lewin has received interest from Premier League clubs already, but it seems as if he could soon accept a new test abroad.

Although Newcastle United have pulled out of the race for Calvert-Lewin, an interesting move could certainly be on the horizon for the striker.

Everton could sign two strikers

It is now time for Everton to really start adding to their squad this summer.

Moyes has now welcomed some of his players back to Finch Farm for the start of pre-season.

It is understood Moyes is open to signing two strikers after losing Calvert-Lewin and Armando Broja.

But it does appear the Toffees are set to wrap up their deal for Barry in the coming days, which will be seen as a major boost.
