Everton lost another Premier League game on Saturday, this time to Bournemouth.
The Toffees came unstuck against the Cherries at the Vitality Stadium, with David Brooks scoring in the 77th minute.
It was, in many ways, the same old story for Everton fans.
There were hardly any clear-cut chances for the visitors and had it not been for Jordan Pickford, this could have been a much bigger and more embarrassing final scoreline.
Make no mistake about it – Everton are in real trouble right now, and new owners The Friedkin Group have a lot of work to do in their first transfer window.
Questions are also now being asked of the TFG regarding Sean Dyche, with many no longer supporting him to take the team forward.
Dyche caused outrage as he played down recent results for Everton, and certainly now, support for him within the fanbase to continue on as manager is very low.
Don Hutchison gave his verdict after yesterday’s game that many are bound to share.
Don Hutchison offers damning verdict of Everton under Dyche and makes Howard Kendall claim

The numbers from an attacking standpoint recently have been truly woeful.
Everton have managed to have just nine shots on target in their last five games, scoring just one goal through Iliman Ndiaye against Manchester City.
Everton have now failed to score a goal in eight of their last 10 Premier League games, which is unacceptable.
The lack of an attacking threat just makes the desire to be defensively solid unsustainable, and Everton are in trouble.
Bournemouth fans actually sang ‘How do you watch this every week?’ during yesterday’s game, which really does say it all.
Last night on X, a fan asked Don Hutchison for his verdict, to which the former Goodison Park midfielder replied with a suggestion about the club’s greatest-ever manager Howard Kendall.
He said: “Hard watch mate!!! Just trying to grind out 0-0s is not the way Howard (Kendall) would want to watch his team.”

Things could soon get ugly at Everton under Dyche
There is real cause for concern right now with Everton looking so utterly toothless in attack.
Everton have players with potential to score goals. Dominic Calvert-Lewin has scored goals at this level, and Armando Broja is a player who should be perfectly suited to Premier League football.

But under Dyche, these players have a thankless task of leading the line and trying to score goals.
The emphasis on being hard to beat and being well-organised seemingly comes at a big cost.
The fact Dyche is so one-note is really worrying, and you get the sense that even new attacking additions might not be enough so long as this manager remains in place.
