Everton will be a really attractive destination for many transfer targets this summer.
The Toffees are very much on the up under David Moyes and the Friedkin Group are ready to invest heavily in the squad.
The move to the new state-of-the-art stadium on Bramley-Moore Dock is on the horizon, too, so there are plenty of reasons to commit to Moyes’ project.
That said, Everton’s recruitment team are aiming high with their summer targets, with the likes of Liam Delap linked with a move to Merseyside.
And now, it’s just emerged that they’re considering a bid for a Chelsea player.

Everton considering bid for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
Everton are clearly in the market for an attack-minded midfielder, with Moyes eager to add more goals to his side.
The Toffees had hoped Carlos Alcaraz would fit that criteria, but it just hasn’t really worked on for the Flamengo loanee.
Now, according to TEAMtalk, Moyes and his recruitment team have their eyes set on Chelsea’s Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.
The former Leicester star has played a bit-part role this season, following his £30m transfer, so it’s understood that the West Londoners could sanction his sale.
Everton are weighing up whether to lodge an early bid for the 26-year-old.
Enzo Maresca thinks Dewsbury-Hall is a ‘fantastic’ player
Dewsbury-Hall earned his big-money move to Chelsea on the back of a sensational season in the Championship with the Foxes, netting 12 times whilst laying on 15 assists.
Speaking to Sky Sports in November 2023., Maresca heaped praise on his quality in the final third.
“He was full of responsibility at first, but since the first international break he has improved a lot. He’s calm, fantastic with the ball, he knows when to attack and what to give the team.
“He is so dangerous near the box, and has the quality to score or assist from anywhere. He could already have had 10 or 12 assists. He is probably the most-improved for us and he’s in the perfect position.”
Everton considered signing Dewsbury-Hall in January, with Moyes tracking him dating back to his West Ham United days.
So, it wouldn’t at all be surprising to see the 61-year-old finally land his man.
