Everton are actively exploring a number of options in the transfer window.

David Moyes wants two signings before the deadline and it’s understood the Toffees are looking at Chelsea duo Ben Chilwell and Carney Chukwuemeka.

They’re both available on loan deals after being excluded from the Premier League squad, with Enzo Maresca deeming them surplus to requirements.

Everton are also keeping tabs on Yunus Akgun, who is enjoying a prolific season with Turkish giants Galatasaray.

Those rumours have gone relatively quiet but now it’s just emerged that club officials were in attendance during Rangers’ clash against Dundee United on the weekend.

Everton watched Hamza Igamane on the weekend

Everton have been showing an interest in Rangers striker Hamza Igamane for most of the winter transfer window.

And now it’s just emerged that Everton officials watched Igamane during Rangers’ 3-1 win away at Dundee United on Sunday afternoon, according to TuttoSport.

The Moroccan wasn’t on the scoresheet but did play the full 90 minutes and his underlying data was really impressive, as per Sofascore.

It was almost the complete striker’s performance, it just lacked a goal, so Everton chiefs likely would’ve been impressed.

It remains to be seen if the Merseysiders launch a bid for the Moroccan, who is currently the second-top scorer in the Europa League, but clearly they have a concrete interest in him.

Tottenham also want Igamane

If Everton are to sign Igamane, they will have to overcome stiff competition from Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

Spurs are also showing an interest in the 22-year-old, with Ange Postecoglou clearly keeping tabs on the rising talents in Scotland.

It’s unlikely Rangers would be willing to sanction his sale mid-season, however, a substantial bid could soften that stance.

Everton will have to offload Beto to make the deal feasible.
