Everton are making change happen on Merseyside with off-the-field decisions being made by their new owners.
Sean Dyche has been sent packing as the Friedkins eye a manager who is capable of turning around their poor run of form.
And it seems David Moyes is set to make his Everton return with a two-year deal on the table for the Scotsman.
However, the 60-year-old will be hoping to see some new faces follow him through the doors at Finch Farm as Everton linger around the bottom three.
The Friedkins are eyeing two January signings for Everton and they have now made contact over a seriously ambitious potential move.

Everton have made contact over PSG’s Randal Kolo Muani
Alan Shearer expects Moyes to have transfer guarantees at Everton as he nears his return to management with a relegation fight on his hands.
As the Toffees find themselves at the wrong end of the table once again, they have set their radar on to what would be a blockbuster move.
According to ESPN, Everton are one of the sides who have made contact with Paris Saint-Germain and the entourage of forward Randal Kolo Muani.
A number of clubs are listed as interested in the report:
- Tottenham Hotspur
- Aston Villa
- West Ham
Perhaps most interestingly is Manchester United with the France international believed to be keen on making a move to England.
A loan with the obligation to buy is expected to be the route to securing the services of the 26-year-old who is valued around €60m (£50m).
Everton have shown interest in Ernest Nuamah from Lyon, with the Friedkins believed to be ready to submit their bid for the Ligue 1 winger.
But adding a player of Kolo Muani’s stature would be s real statement move from the new owners.
Everton signing Randal Kolo Muani would be a huge statement
The 26-year-old has not enjoyed the best of 2024/25 campaigns so far with his 10 Ligue 1 appearances only returning two starts.
Having won the World Cup with France already, this is a player with serious pedigree and has fallen unfortunate at PSG due to the rise of Bradley Barcola.
But the Toffees need a new forward with Beto’s Everton move to Torino put on pause due to injuries at the club.
Speaking to the Telefoot, former Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi admitted he thinks the Kolo Muani is one of the best forwards about.
“Randal has the qualities. A confident Randal is one of the best strikers in Europe,” he said.
“I hope he gets a lot more playing time because he will help them a lot more. PSG hasn’t scored many goals since the start of the season.”
Not only could Everton land themselves a real talent, but beating some of their rivals to his signature would be a huge statement by the new owners.
