Everton fans are not best pleased with one of the first plans The Friedkin Group have lined up once the takeover is completed.
Times of Merseyside are changing as the Everton takeover continues to progress, with The Friedkin Group looking to get it over the line.
One issue arose recently for the prospective owners, which involved A-Cap sending a letter to The Friedkin Group over the takeover, but that’s not understood to be an issue.
The Friedkin Group are already looking to get involved with the club having pledged to fund the completion of Everton’s new stadium.
However, one plan the prospective owners have hasn’t pleased the fans.
The Friedkin Group’s plans for Dominic Calvert-Lewin
Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s future is currently in doubt due to his contract set to expire in the summer, and Newcastle United are eyeing a move for him.
The Toffees now face a difficult decision with the opportunity to cash in on Calvert-Lewin in January or to make the most of having him but miss out on a potential fee.
Interestingly, The Friedkin Group already have plans for the striker once they take over at the club.

It’s been claimed that as soon as the takeover is signed off, the new owners will be looking to open negotiations to try and persuade him to stay.
