Openda only joined Juventus last summer in a deal from RB Leipzig on an initial loan, which will be made permanent over the coming days.
A whopping £39m will have been spent in total on Openda from Juventus to make his stay in Turin permanent, but they are yet to witness much in return from the striker.
Across his 37 appearances in all competitions, Openda has only been able to return two goals for Juventus this season.
Everton fans do not want to sign Liam Delap as they are concerned about his lack of production – Openda is no different.
The Belgian arguably provides even more of a risk for a club like Everton given he has never played in the Premier League before.
Having landed players like Beto and Thierno Barry over recent years, supporters will want to see a proven striker land on Merseyside this summer.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall said Everton need a striker who can score 15 goals and neither of their strikers are currently showing that.
