Everton have opened Jaden Philogene talks with Aston Villa
Last week, Everton were linked with a move for the £18m Jaden Philogene following their interest shown in the youngster over the summer.
It has not been the start to the season which the winger will have hoped for after his move to Villa Park where minutes have been hard to come by.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Everton have now opened talks with Aston Villa over the potential addition of Philogene.
Talks are underway over a potential permanent deal with Everton already at the limit of their loan deals for this season.
Everton wanted to sign Philogene in the summer but he made the move to Villa where he has gone on to struggle.
But the youngster looks set to be offered a new opportunity at Goodison Park.

Since making the move to Villa, Philogene has really struggled to establish himself under Unai Emery.
The 22-year-old has played Champions League football this season, but he is lacking regular game time to continue his development.
