Questions are being asked about the position of the Everton manager following their latest defeat on the weekend.
The Friedkin Group landed on Merseyside last month and there had been some solid results put on the board against some strong opposition.
However, Everton have been unable to progress from their draws in recent weeks with two defeats in their last two games.

Sean Dyche is at risk of being sacked as results worsen on Merseyside and the Toffees slip dangerously close to the bottom three.
Injuries have been an issue for Everton this season, but their record of three wins in their 19 Premier League games is really beginning to catch up with Dyche.
But there may have just been a big hint provided on his immediate future.

Sean Dyche to hold Everton press conference as normal
Amid the speculation surrounding Dyche’s future, Graham Potter is expected to be on Everton’s radar as a potential successor.
However, it seems as if the 53-year-old is set to remain in his role at the club at least for the coming hours.
According to BBC Sport, Dyche’s press conference on Tuesday ahead of their FA Cup game is set to go ahead as planned.
Journalist Giulia Bould took to social media to share the update, saying: ‘The press conference for Everton’s FA Cup third round game with Peterborough United will be held tomorrow (Tues).
‘Sean Dyche will be in attendance.’
Dyche came under criticism from Everton fans on the weekend following their latest defeat on the road to Bournemouth.
The Toffees failed to land a single shot on target as there seems to be no signs of improvement being made.

Everton may miss perfect opportunity to sack Dyche
If Everton are to sack the 53-year-old, this feels like a good opportunity to do so with an FA Cup against lower opposition up next.
The Toffees do not play Premier League football for another week, which will allow a potential new manager plenty of time to prepare for the game against Aston Villa.

Tough fixtures still lie ahead of Everton and The Friedkin Group are eyeing two new signings before the end of the month.
But it seems as if there could be more significant changes made at the club than just some new faces being added to the squad.
