Everton will need to have a plan in place for the remaining days of the January transfer window.
David Moyes will know that his side needs to improve in every aspect as Moyes is embarrassed by Everton’s decline.
It’s an issue he no doubt shares with the Toffees’ fans as it is becoming a natural thing to see Everton perform badly on a matchday.
Moyes has questioned the financial situation at Everton which has been the main element in the club’s drop down the Premier League.
From an attacking point of view, this is where Everton struggles most, but Moyes may have found a veteran winger who can help their attacking woes.

Willian offered to Everton as David Moyes is in ‘dire need’ of creativity
It’s been a telling few hours for Moyes who may be taken back by Everton’s situation being worse than he expected.
Micah Richards thought Everton were erratic in their 1-0 home defeat to Aston Villa on Wednesday night which is no fault of Moyes himself.
However, a lifeline may have been offered to Everton in the form of former Arsenal, Chelsea, and Fulham winger Willian.
According to The Times, Everton are among the clubs who have been offered the chance to sign Willian on a free transfer.
The Brazillian shined in the Premier League and terminated a year-long contract at Olympiacos last month.
The 36-year-old was unhappy in Greece and agents representing the former Brazil international are seeking interest in him, and Everton’s ‘dire need’ for creativity could see this move come to fruition.
However, no decision has been made on whether to make a move for Willian just yet.
At Fulham, the winger was still performing in the Premier League, as the Cottagers’ midfielder and club captain, Tom Cairney, labeled him as the best player he’s ever played with.
Moyes tried to sign Willian during Manchester United stint
The Friedkin Group hope to bring stability to Everton, and Willian’s capture could be a positive sign.
Moyes is involved in Everton’s struggles now but knows all too well about a club in need of change.
The now Everton boss was unfortunately known for his dismal spell at Manchester United but clearly had a good eye for talent.
In 2013, Mail Online reported that ‘Moyes had entered the race to bring £30million Brazil attacking midfielder Willian to the Barclays Premier League’.
At the time Willian was attracting the interest from Liverpool and Tottenham, but not Chelsea who he eventually moved to in the same window.
United made their own enquiry and it was believed to be Willian’s preferred destination, but of course, the deal never came to an occurrence.
Now after this recent report, could Moyes finally get his man after an 11-year wait.
