Everton are set for some significant financial gains over the summer as they move into their new home.
Saturday’s result will have disappointed David Moyes as the Toffees failed to take three points off Ipswich Town.
Safe from the drop, Everton are still fighting for league positions which equal increased revenue for the Friedkins.
Bramley-Moore Dock is set to change everything for the club as Everton will be able to finally try and compete financially with the Premier League top dogs.
It is expected Everton will increase their revenue by £60m when they move into their new state-of-the-art home.
And there is still room for further gains to be made.

Everton encouraged by PSG’s Qatar Airways sponsorship
Like many other clubs, Everton will be looking to land a stadium naming rights deal to bring in further revenue from Bramley-Moore Dock.
It has been suggested Qatar Airways are of interest to Everton for a potential partnership.
The Middle Eastern airline currently sponsors the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, with the finances behind their sponsorship deal recently being shared.
According to finance expert Lukasz Baczek, PSG are receiving a staggering €70m (£60m) per year from their deal with Qatar Airways.
Of course, there are some key differences to be considered when it comes to a possible deal with the Toffees.
PSG’s deal is for pride of place on the front of their shirts, not a stadium naming right for the Parc des Princes.
Secondly, Everton would not be able to attract the same level of revenue as a club of PSG’s stature on the global scale as a brand and football club.
Chairman Marc Watts is keen to increase Everton’s presence in the United States over the coming months as it’s a market that could prove lucrative for the Toffees.
The Everton chief also said that the club will be looking to make the most of their shirt sponsorship with a new partner needed from next year.

Everton must take confidence from PSG’s Qatar Airways partnership
Fly Emirates sponsor both Arsenal’s shirt and their stadium in a staggering double-deal with the Gunners.
Perhaps this could be something the Friedkins could pursue with a brand like Qatar Airways.
It has been reported recently that Qatar Airways are increasing their presence in north west England as they grow their fleet at Manchester Airport.
Although that may seem insignificant, in the grand scheme of things it is showing the airline reacting to the increased demand for its brand in the area.
Everton now have a stadium ready to compete with some of the best in the country and it will certainly attract some huge global brands to get involved with the club’s progression.
If that turns out to be Qatar Airways then their willingness to invest in football club’s is there for the Friedkins to see.
