Everton fans now have just three final games to take in their historic home, Goodison Park.
The next trip to Goodison Park will take place this weekend when Everton host Manchester City.
David Moyes will now visit Bramley-Moore Dock, with the acknowledgement that the Toffees are now realistically safe from relegation.
It has been a stunning turnaround on Merseyside after Moyes has transformed Everton’s form in the Premier League.
And a huge summer awaits as they prepare for their move into Bramley-Moore Dock.
Everton expect their new stadium to transform their finances, but there is still more work to be done if they are to extract every last drop from their new home.

Qatar Airways development could be big news for Everton
The Friedkins are eyeing a lucrative stadium naming rights deal, which would add another level of revenue into the club.
After years of PSR struggles, Everton’s new stadium could really help boost the club as they look to develop into a side competing once again.
Qatar Airways has been mooted as an option for Everton to potentially see their name on the side of the state-of-the-art stadium.
According to Business Travel News Europe, Qatar Airways are now looking to up their presence in the North West of England.
It has been claimed there will be an increased number of Qatar Airways flights departing from Manchester Airport from June.
An increase in demand has seen Qatar Airways up their supply with a growing need for flights in the North West.
This could potentially be great news for the Toffees, as this development could be seen as a really promising sign from Qatar Airways.
The global brand is recognising the demand coming from the area for their services, and that should only act as a boost for the Blues.
Everton have already secured non-football deals to bring in additional revenue through hiring out their new ground.
However, a stadium naming right deal could be a real game changer for the Toffees’ finances.
Finance expert shares Everton hope over naming rights deal
Speaking to Everton News, TBR Football’s Finance Expert Adam Williams has shared his understanding of what a naming rights deal could mean for the Toffees.
“The advantage Everton have is that it’s an as-yet-unnamed stadium, which should mean they can get a better price proportionately,” he said.
“There has been more good news for Everton in that department in that Atletico Madrid have done a naming rights deal with Riyadh Air worth about £20m per year. Again, that’s for a stadium that had previously been known by a different name, the Wanda Metropolitano. That bodes well for Everton.”
Even Jamie Carragher has said Everton have outgrown Goodison Park, as the club require a move to help themselves catch some of the larger clubs in terms of finances.
“In terms of the financials, I don’t think it’s beyond the realms of possibility that they could get £15m per year,” Williams added.
“They have got the Euros there, which will give them more exposure. There will be plenty of non-football events too. My understanding was that they were applying for four major non-football events per year, although that might have changed by now. That’s more leverage with a potential sponsor.
“Everton have historically generated around £17m per year in matchday income at Goodison Park, so they might get too far away from that figure from naming rights alone at the new place.
“Add in the extra matchday income, the increasing emphasis on premium seats and other sponsorship benefits and you’re looking at a huge revenue uplift – maybe around £70m per year all-told from the new stadium, if I had to put a number on it.”
