Everton are expected to be busy in the fast-approaching January transfer window as David Moyes looks to add more quality to his squad.

Alan Myers expects Everton to make three new signings, with a striker, central midfielder and full-back targeted.

The Toffees are exploring a deal to sign Vitinho from Botafogo, whilst Nicolas Jackson has been linked to the Hill Dickinson Stadium, too.

Is there a better option out there for Everton instead of Nicolas Jackson? 🤔

AS Roma’s Artem Dovbyk is also on Moyes’ radar, and now the Italian giants have informed Everton about how much it’d cost to land his signature.

Roma inform Everton of Artem Dovbyk’s pricetag

Dovbyk is on Everton’s shortlist of striking targets along with Jackson, Ivan Toney and Troy Parrott, to name only a few.

According to Corriere dello Sport, the Toffees have actually made contact to sign the Ukraine international in recent weeks.

How many goals could Artem Dovbyk score in the Premier League? 💪

He has struggled in the 2025/26 season, though…

Roma have told them that it’d take a bid of around £21m to agree a deal, which seems pretty fair and feasible.

This is a striker who was the top scorer in La Liga in the 2023/24 campaign, so clearly he has a lot of quality.

It has been suggested that Beto could be offered in a swap deal, which would significantly reduce the cash payment and allow Everton to allocate funds to other areas of the pitch.

Artem Dovbyk stats 2025/26

Dovbyk hasn’t really had a great start to the season with Roma, as he’s scored just two goals in 14 appearances.

Although, the 28-year-old has only been given six starts, as Gian Piero Gasperini has preferred Evan Ferguson and Paulo Dybala over him.

Dovbyk’s profile does require a specific style of player, considering he’s a bit of a throwback centre-forward.

The 6ft 2in frontman would probably thrive in Moyes’ system with plenty of crosses and direct balls into his path.
