The January transfer window is just days away from opening, and Everton are expected to be active.
David Moyes wants to return Everton to Europe, so he will be keen to add more quality to his squad next month.
The Toffees have been exploring a deal to sign Artem Dovbyk from AS Roma, and Chelsea’s Nicolas Jackson has also been linked.
Who would you rather Everton sign, Artem Dovbyk or Nicolas Jackson?
On the outgoing front, Dwight McNeil is being eyed by Sean Dyche, with the Nottingham Forest manager looking to reunite with his former player.
Now, there is a fresh outgoing rumour emerging, and it’s understood that Moyes could be open to sanctioning his loan.

Ajax interested in signing Everton’s Adam Aznou
Adam Aznou joined Everton in the summer with a big reputation, however, the teenager hasn’t even played a single minute.
Aznou has been working hard in training and is well-liked around Finch Farm, but Moyes clearly doesn’t think he’s quite ready.
What would YOU do with Adam Aznou in the summer? 🤷♂️
It has been reported that Moyes may allow Aznou to leave the Toffees on loan, and now there is a suitor emerging.
According to Dutch outlet De Telegraaf, Champions League winners Ajax are considering a move to sign the Toffees left-back.
The Eredivisie giants are in the market for a defender, and Aznou has been added to their shortlist in recent weeks.
Everton should try to find Adam Aznou a Championship club
A loan to Ajax would certainly be a prestigious move for Aznou, but if he wants a long-term future at Everton, he should really be joining an English club.
A six-month switch to the Championship would be ideal preparation for the teenager as he needs to adapt to the intensity of football in this country.
Harrison Armstrong has benefited greatly from stepping down to the second tier and getting regular game time under his belt, so Aznou should try to do the same.
Perhaps if he were to join a promotion-challenging side and get 15 plus games under his belt, it’d put him in good standing to replace Vitali Mykolenko next season.
Mykolenko is actually out of contract in the summer, so he may end up leaving on a free transfer.
