Everton continue their Premier League campaign with the long trip to face Southampton, with Sean Dyche set to make a few changes due to ongoing injury issues.
The Toffees appear to have some kind of an infectious injury issue behind the scenes at Finch Farm, as they’re dropping like flies.
Dwight McNeil is the latest to have some doubts over his situation, with him 50/50 for this game.
Everton also have James Garner out for over a month, Armando Broja recovering from his injury, Tim Iroegbunam suffering with a stress fracture and Youssef Chermiti out.
The McNeil injury is one that could force Sean Dyche into mixing things up, with Jesper Lindstrom potentially coming in and Iliman Ndiaye moving centrally.
Interestingly, training footage that emerged before the game may just have given us an insight.

Iliman Ndiaye hint given in Everton training
Iliman Ndiaye has operated on the left-hand side for Everton so far this season, despite his usual position being behind the striker.
Sean Dyche admitted that there has been questions about Ndiaye not playing centrally, but insists that he’s happy with the Senegal international out wide.
Now, in Everton training footage that took part at Goodison Park, we may just have got a hint for Southampton with Dwight McNeil possibly out.
In the footage posted by Everton’s X you can see Jesper Lindstrom whipping balls in from the left, and Ndiaye finds himself running centrally and even scoring in the middle of the box with a header.

The best outcome for Everton vs Southampton?
Well, giving Dwight McNeil a rest would be the most sensible thing to do after Jarrad Branthwaite ended up picking an injury up when he returned slightly too soon.
Iliman Ndiaye has shown he has what it takes to impress centrally, with Everton fans calling for the change after seeing Sheffield United footage recently.
Judging by the footage, it does look as if Lindstrom could be the man to come in on the left-hand side, which would mean that Jack Harrison finds himself on the right-hand side.
This may actually benefit Dominic Calvert-Lewin, with the extra support and link-up with Ndiaye behind him instead, as he attracts defenders himself.
