Everton are set for a period of change over the next few months.
Both on and off the pitch, The Toffees are expected to go through a number of changes with the Friedkin Group taking over from Farhad Moshiri.
Sean Dyche’s future is far from secure as the soon-to-be owners are eyeing former manager David Moyes until the end of the season, as they currently languish in 16th place.

Dan Friedkin is also planning to reshuffle the hierarchy as he looks to return the club to their past glories and with that said, a fresh rumour linking them to a sporting director has just emerged.
Everton fans will be very familiar with him.

Everton eye Fabio Paratici
According to Italian outlet La Repubblica, Everton could appoint former Tottenham Hotspur chief Fabio Paratici.
It remains to be seen what role the Friedkin Group have in mind for Paratici but it appears as though he could replace director of football Kevin Thelwell, who’s contract expires at the end of the season.
The Italian chief is currently serving a 30-month ban for accusations of false accounting with Juventus but he is still allowed to advise clubs on an external basis.
And, the Friedkin Group have already contacted Paratici for advice with regards to Roma, so clearly they have a good relationship.

Paratici can’t work at Everton full-time until June 2025
Paratici’s suspension ends in June 2025, so until then, he’s not permitted to take up a full-time position at Everton.
Though, perhaps he can offer the Friedkin Group advice ahead of the Janaury transfer window, similarly to what he’s done at Roma.
Whether Thelwell would want the interference remains to be seen, but it would make sense for any January recruits to be run past Paratici – if he is indeed to join The Toffees next summer.
