Harrison Armstrong is only just getting settled in at loan club Derby County, but the youngster has already experienced a major setback.
Armstrong has made the first major step of his early footballing career by moving away from Everton.
Championship outfit Derby have taken on the 18-year-old, as Armstrong remains an ‘outstanding prospect’ at Everton.
David Moyes has been impressed with Armstrong as his first loan move could prove to be a strong help in his development.
However, his start to life in Derbyshire has already taken a massive hit.

Harrison Armstrong has taken a major blow away from Everton
With the youngster getting his first real taste of professional football, this will no doubt be a learning curve for the young prospect.
He’s been wished well as Moyes told Armstrong to ‘enjoy himself’ but it might be quite hard after a recent revelation.

How Warne’s sacking will affect Everton loanee Armstrong at Derby
A real shock to everyone associated with Derby, as despite the Rams’ dire form, Warne has been at the club now since 2022.
It would’ve been hard for Warne to argue his position after eight straight defeats in all competitions, but where does this now leave Armstrong?
Well, it will no doubt be difficult for Armstrong, as the manager who brought you in won’t even be managing the youngster as the reigns will be handed over to someone else.
Nothing changes as far as it’s concerned, but for Everton fans’ sake, they hope the new Derby manager will see how good Armstrong is for his age and especially for that level.
If Armstrong replicates his form for the Everton U18s, he will have no problem at all.
