The latest international break will provide Everton with the opportunity to get a boost on the injury front.
Sean Dyche‘s side have been hindered considerably by injuries to their squad in the early stages of the 2024/25 campaign.
Seamus Coleman picked up an injury during the last international break which has seen him not feature for Everton since.
However, there may already be another concern to come out of this international break with Iliman Ndiaye having sustained an injury scare.
But there had been one recent return from injury in Jarrad Branthwaite ahead of the international window which has pleased James Tarkowski.

What James Tarkowski has said about Jarrad Branthwaite’s return
After a summer filled with transfer speculation, Branthwaite has made his full return to Dyche’s squad from injury.
The 22-year-old returned for the game against Crystal Palace where he played the full 90 minutes.
However, the defender did play against Newcastle with Branthwaite having picked up another injury during training.
In a recent interview with the club website, Tarkowski hailed the 22-year-old centre-back who had just returned to action.
“Then Jarrad is getting back up to full fitness after a tough time out. Obviously, that’s a massive plus for us because he was one of our most important players last season,” he said.
“I’ve always said competition is the most important thing in any squad. If you’ve got an 11 that picks itself and no one else is really competing, it’s never ideal because people can get comfortable. It’s hugely important to have that feeling of fighting for your spot and staying consistent with your levels.”
When Jarrad Branthwaite could return from injury
It will have been a big frustration to see Branthwaite put back out of action having just returned from his significant injury.
And considering the injury came in a training session, it will be even more frustrating for the Everton boss.
However, he has admitted the 22-year-old could well be in line for a quick return.
“And we have to be careful they’re just coming out of injury or certainly Jarrad is,” Dyche recently said.
“We’re hopeful that he’ll be back for the next one and we’ll have to wait and see.”
