Everton’s summer transfer window is set to spring into action as soon as the financial year elapses at the end of June.
Once July starts, the Friedkins are expected to hand David Moyes a substantial budget to overhaul the squad, which is currently the third oldest in the Premier League.
Everton are looking at signing Jack Grealish from Manchester City, whilst his teammate Kyle Walker is also of interest to Moyes.
Although, Everton fans aren’t too keen on Walker, who is showing clear signs of a decline, having recently celebrated his 35th birthday.
Now, though, supporters are becoming really excited about one Everton target that’s surfaced over the last 48 hours.

Everton are interested in signing Lyon winger Malick Fofana, who is valued at around £45m.
Fofana is considered one of the best young wingers on the continent, having enjoyed a productive season with the French giants aged just 19 before turning 20 in March.
Indeed, there is widespread interest in his signature, with Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United, and Brighton all circling.
Toffees fans have been reacting to the transfer link on X, formerly known as Twitter, and it’s fair to say they’re very excited about the prospect of Fofana making a switch to Merseyside.

It has been reported that Merseyside rivals Liverpool are edging closer to landing his signature, however, perhaps Everton can offer him something they can’t; regular first-team football.
