Carlo Ancelotti is seen as a saint around Everton but the Real Madrid boss is refusing a request from David Moyes.
Everton’s upturn in form is brilliant but it’s also a negative.
This is due to Moyes’ squad being the subject of transfer interest, as there are certainly some hidden gems at the Toffees.
Illiman Ndiaye has arguably been the player of the season at Goodison Park, but Ndiaye’s injury for Everton may stop any sort of transfer rumours.
However, this hasn’t stopped severe interest in one Everton star who continues to impress.

Real Madrid and Carlo Ancelotti refuse to pay Everton asking price
Ancelotti won’t want to be messed around, especially by his former club, but the ball might not be in his court for once.
Madrid want Jarrad Branthwaite as Ancelotti could ruthlessly take Everton’s prized asset.
However, Everton won’t accept lower than £70m for Branthwaite and a new revelation could prove that this deal has no chance of happening.
According to Spanish outlet DiaroAS, Madrid remain keen on the Toffees centre-back, but Ancelotti refuses to pay a £62m valuation for Branthwaite even though the Friedkin Group won’t accept anything around this figure.
This now suggests a deal proves difficult, but it might not phase Branthwaite after what he previously said.

How Branthwaite feels about leaving Everton for Madrid
In this current day and age, moving to the Spanish giants is a no-brainer.
However, Branthwaite might favour what the Friedkins are doing with their Everton project, and it seems as though Moyes’ arrival heightens the chance of him staying.
This has become apparent as Branthwaite loves the Premier League and unless Ancelotti plays ball, all signs point to the defender staying.
Even £62m seems low and the Friedkins won’t budge on a minimum of £70m as they are firmly in charge of this deal.
