Everton have some huge months ahead of them as they prepare to say farewell to Goodison Park.
The mood around Everton has changed lately with the Toffees’ improved form dragging them out of the relegation battle.
After bringing David Moyes back to Merseyside, the Blues now sit 15 points ahead of the bottom three as they look upwards rather than down.
It is not just on the pitch where improvements have been seen, though.
The Friedkins are bringing positive change to Everton and the difference it is bringing has been noticed around the club.
Everton’s stadium move in the summer could prove to be a real game changer for the club after years of financial struggles.

Everton agree Bramley-Moore Dock deal
Everton fans have loved what they’ve seen at Bramley-Moore Dock, with the new stadium edging closer to welcoming a full capacity crowd.
The next test event has now been announced by the club ahead of the official move in the summer.
And it seems The Friedkin Group are now in line to secure themselves a lucrative deal involving their new home.
According to Love Rugby League, Bramley-Moore Dock is set to be one of the host grounds for this year’s Ashes series against Australia.
Wembley Stadium is set to host the opening event, with BMD and Headingley pencilled in to host the following two games.
It is believed the RFL are close to making an official announcement on the Ashes series, which will be a big boost to Everton.
The Friedkins wanted to buy Everton because of the new stadium and the commercial opportunities it is going to provide the club.
And it seems they are not wasting any time in maximising the capabilities of the state-of-the-art new ground.
Bramley-Moore Dock is going to be a PSR game-changer for Everton
The Friedkins expect Bramley-Moore Dock to double their matchday revenue from what they see come into the club at Goodison Park.
Naturally, that is going to provide the club with a huge boost to PSR.
Everton are now going to be able to compete with some of the higher-earning clubs due to deals such as this involving England rugby.
The Friedkins are looking to find a stadium naming rights deal, but this will certainly provide them with a financial boost for the upcoming summer window.
Although Everton are yet to even play in their new ground, the early signs towards BMD being a financial game-changer are already looking positive.
