Everton host Leeds United on Monday and David Moyes is seeking back-to-back wins in the Premier League.
Toffees fans were left delighted last weekend following a 1-0 win away at Aston Villa, which has got the team back on track.
Everton fans, let’s hear your score predictions for the Leeds United game!
Can the Toffees build on that brilliant win vs Aston Villa? 🤔
Everton are now just four points off fourth-placed Liverpool, and fans want to see momentum build after a wobbly start to the calendar year.
Before the win at Villa, Everton had three poor results in a row at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, so hopefully things will be different on Monday night.
Here are a few bold predictions ahead of the game.
Adam Aznou replaces the injured Jack Grealish
You want bold predictions? We’ll give you bold predictions.
Everton fans were dismayed by news of an injury to Jack Grealish, and the noise around it isn’t good.
Fabrizio Romano reported Grealish is set to be out for three months with a stress fracture, so David Moyes will need to work out how best to replace him. Perhaps ultimately a new signing will be made.
Aznou surely has to be handed more minutes after THAT display…😫
He showed more in his cameo than Mykolenko has all season
But Moyes could also throw a real curveball, and play Adam Aznou as a left winger.
The Moroccan gem recently impressed fans on his debut against Sunderland, and showcased attacking adventure that would see him thrive further forward.
Within seconds of coming on against Sunderland he won a penalty, and his energy and drive was refreshing to see. He’d be a very different option to Grealish, but he’s surely someone worth Moyes’ consideration.
It would certainly be bold of Moyes to turn to Aznou to replace Grealish, but perhaps he could be an option with Iliman Ndiaye to play on the right amid the poor form of Dwight McNeil and Tyler Dibling.
Thierno Barry scores his first brace for Everton

Thierno Barry is starting to get used to the Premier League and has recently come into a bit of form for Everton.
He’s had his critics, but the Frenchman now has three goals in his last four Premier League games – and we are backing him to actually score twice and take his tally to five in five against Leeds.
A brace could be on the cards for Barry, who is sure to start ahead of Beto after his fine display against Aston Villa, which featured a lovely finish over Emi Martinez.
Pundit Chris Sutton described Barry as ‘a real nuisance’ ahead of this game and hopefully we see him giving that Leeds backline a torrid time.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin has a miserable night

Perhaps we are risking the wrath of the football scriptwriters with this one, but we reckon it won’t be a good first game against Everton for Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
Calvert-Lewin departed Everton at the end of last season after running down his contract, and then joined Leeds as a free agent.
After a bit of a slow start, Calvert-Lewin has really started firing lately, scoring eight goals in his last 10 Premier League appearances.
What kind of reception does Calvert-Lewin deserve on his Everton return? 🫣
He is the top-scoring Englishman, and there’s no doubt Everton will need to be very wary of him on Monday night.
However, we have faith that James Tarkowski and Jake O’Brien will not only deal with him, but render him completely ineffective.
The pair were outstanding together against Villa, and they both know how Calvert-Lewin plays and surely stand a good chance of nullifying him.
