But The Friedkin Group’s decision to bring in David Moyes has completely change the picture for the Guinea-Bissau striker, who’s become one of the most in-form players in the Premier League.
Beto was on the scoresheet once again on Saturday, grabbing Everton’s first in the 2-1 win over Crystal Palace.
He took his goal like a man full of confidence, and his whole performance – which saw him contest a staggering 33 duels – was excellent.

As per The Athletic, Beto was in-demand after Everton’s win over Palace with people from various media outlets trying to get an interview with him.
Beto was happy to speak to all, and there is also a mention of what Jesper Lindstrom chanted as Beto made his way to the Everton dressing room just prior to his media duties.
He chanted: “Beto, Beto, man of the match – my guy!”
Beto would rightly go on to be named the official Player of the Match.

Few will disagree with what Lindstrom was chanting, and it was good to see Beto indeed named the official Player of the Match after the game.
