It has been suggested that Everton could renegotiate with Chelsea over George, but that possibility appears to be out of the picture already.
Alonso takes over as Chelsea manager on 1 July, with his decision on George clear.
A report from The Chelsea Forum has claimed Alonso has made it clear that George will not be allowed to leave on loan for next season.

It is claimed Alonso has liked what he has seen from George and wants to integrate him into the side from day one of pre-season.
Where this leaves Everton’s option to buy remains to be seen, given it is the Toffees who hold the clause in their loan agreement.
Regardless, this only goes to show how little Moyes has utilised the young prospect since he arrived from London.
Everton are said to be considering George’s future given he was unable to break into Moyes’ starting XI.

Coming off the bench against Tottenham Hotspur in the final game of the season, George showed exactly what he could offer Everton.
Having been introduced with less than half an hour to go, George looked an immediate bright spark and provided Everton with their only shot on target of the game.
Moyes insisted on playing Dwight McNeil over the likes of George and Tyler Dibling despite trying to sell the 26-year-old in January.
Moyes started George just once for Everton, which only goes to show just how poorly the 63-year-old managed his squad.
Ultimately, the likes of George and Dibling were never really given an opportunity to prove themselves because of Moyes’ insistence on playing the same group of players.
