Everton are set to be one of the busiest Premier League sides in the summer transfer window.
David Moyes is going to be battling a number of rival clubs for players’ signatures with a lot of work needing to be done.
Players will be departing Everton over the coming weeks as their deals come to an end.
Contract meetings are ongoing at Everton this week as they look to establish which of the players they could potentially keep.
It has been suggested Everton and Liverpool are battling for Liam Delap as the striker looks set to join another Premier League side this summer.
But it is another Premier League forward linked with Liverpool who has now come out and shared his admiration for the blue half of Merseyside.

What Liverpool target Bryan Mbeumo said about Everton
Brentford manager Thomas Frank has praised Everton and what they have been able to achieve since their appointment of the 62-year-old manager.
However, he is not the only one at the G-Tech Community Stadium who has taken a real liking to the Toffees.
Speaking to Pro Direct, Mbeumo admitted he has a real love for playing at Goodison Park as well as one other Premier League ground.
“Oh, I really like Everton and Newcastle as well,” he replied when asked what was his favourite stadium to play at.
And when asked which was the toughest Premier League ground to play at, Mbeumo doubled down on Everton and Newcastle: “Probably one of those,” he added.
Everton could sign Jack Harrison permanently this summer with Moyes believed to be a big fan of the right-winger.
Although it is not a realistic option, Everton fans would surely love to see a player of the £50m-rated Mbeumo’s quality eyed by the Friedkins – it would certainly be a statement signing.
This is where the American owners will be aspiring to be over the coming years, but, for now, fans will certainly take some amusement in seeing a Liverpool target confess his admiration for the Blues.
Everton need to sign a new right-winger
Despite being open to signing the Leeds United loanee, Moyes has indirectly slammed Harrison in his latest press conference.
It simply has not been good enough from Harrison at right wing this season with just one goal to show for his 2024/25 campaign.
Moyes has demanded more from Harrison and, in reality, he probably has not been answered by the 28-year-old who is still struggling to provide much of an attacking threat.
Although Everton also need to improve their options at striker, the likes of Beto and Dominic Calvert-Lewin have not been helped by their right winger throughout the season.
That is something which needs to change for the 2025/26 term.
