Everton are set to miss out on one of their targets ahead of the deadline on 1 September.
David Moyes has made his feelings known over the entire summer of his hope to see a lot of new signings made.
After landing Tyler Dibling, Everton secured their eighth signing of the summer.
During the Summer Series tour of the United States, Moyes demanded nine new signings for Everton, with six days remaining to find the final pieces of the jigsaw.
Everton are believed to be keen to sign another midfielder, having missed out on Douglas Luiz to Nottingham Forest.
One player believed to be on Everton’s radar is Yves Bissouma, and the Blues have now been informed where he is set to move.

Yves Bissouma’s next club decided amid Everton and West Ham interest
Everton and West Ham were keen on Bissouma, with the Mali midfielder’s future at Tottenham Hotspur hanging by a thread.
The 28-year-old has not featured for Spurs this season following some off-field issues.
According to journalist Fabrice Hawkins, Bissouma is set to join Turkish giants Galatasaray.
It is believed the midfielder will be departing Spurs on an initial loan for the 2025/26 campaign, with the obligation to make the move permanent.
Negotiations are said to be at the final stages and Bissouma has already agreed personal terms to make the move abroad.
Thomas Frank has ostracised Bissouma at Spurs, with the new Tottenham manager setting his standards very early into his tenure.
Recently, it had been claimed that Spurs were asking for £12m to sign Bissouma, who is now set to depart England after joining Brighton & Hove Albion back in 2018.
Everton land lucky escape with Bissouma
In recent years, Bissouma hailed himself as the Premier League’s best midfielder, which is quite the statement.
The 28-year-old may have performed well in the Europa League final, but he would potentially struggle to make the Spurs squad going off their opening two displays this season.
Aside from what he brings on the pitch, it is off the pitch where the real concerns lie over Bissouma.
Galatasaray have landed a real coup, considering Fenerbahce also wanted to sign Bissouma this summer.
But it may be a lucky escape for Everton and Moyes.
