What Kevin Thelwell expects this summer for Everton
There is no doubting the struggles which Thelwell has had to work through on Merseyside.
Everton have been handed PSR headaches throughout his time at the club, which has certainly limited his ability to spend in the transfer windows.
Despite being taken over in December, that was the case for Everton in January with just one loan signing made.
Speaking to the club’s media following the winter window, Thelwell admitted brighter times would follow this summer for the Toffees.
“We want fans to be excited about the quality of player we’re bringing in and also the number of players we’re bringing in,” he said.
“The summer will be the start of that. It won’t be a revolution. It will be an evolution.”
