Everton have seen a number of players depart the club following the end of their deals on Merseyside.
David Moyes has been concerned by Everton’s lack of signings, with the 62-year-old fielding a depleted squad in the United States.
There were some players retained, with the likes of Michael Keane signing a new Everton deal to keep him around at Finch Farm.
Everton could really benefit from exploiting the free agent market, given the Friedkins have set a £100m transfer kitty this summer.
A considerable number of players are required to land on Merseyside, with players like Dominic Calvert-Lewin needing to be replaced.
The former Everton striker is yet to land a new club, and his latest demand will amuse a number of fans on Merseyside.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin makes staggering demand after Everton exit
It has been suggested that Calvert-Lewin is asking for £150k-per-week at whichever club becomes his next team this summer.
However, that is not the only demand he is making as a free agent.
According to TalkSPORT, Calvert-Lewin has rejected a potential move to Sunderland as he eyes a club higher up in the Premier League hierarchy.
The Black Cats have just been promoted, but the Wearsiders are showing some huge ambition in the market.
Clearly, Calvert-Lewin feels he is above joining a club like Sunderland, despite failing to really show any consistency over recent years.
Simon Jordan has played down Calvert-Lewin’s importance following his Everton exit.
In contrast, Alan Pardew thinks Calvert-Lewin is as good as Viktor Gyokeres, but there has certainly not been that level of production from the former Everton man for years.
What Premier League clubs could offer Calvert-Lewin a new home
It has been suggested that Manchester United could offer Calvert-Lewin an opportunity, but there are other players on their radar.
West Ham have recently signed Callum Wilson, and the likes of Nottingham Forest have players like Chris Wood up top.
It will be very interesting to see where Calvert-Lewin does end up, and if he does land a Premier League move, he could well be in a position where he needs to fight for a spot in the starting XI.
| Premier League Season | Goals |
| 2024/25 | 3 |
| 2023/24 | 7 |
| 2022/23 | 2 |
| 2021/22 | 5 |
| 2020/21 | 16 |
The former Everton man has not returned a double-figure goals return since 2021.
Simply put, those are not the returns of a man who should be starting for a top Premier League club.
