Over recent years, Everton have been forced to sell some of their top players, but the tables may have finally turned.
The Friedkins have banished any financial concerns on Merseyside that left Farhad Moshiri with no other option but to cash in on players like Amadou Onana.
As David Moyes nears his first anniversary back at the club, the 62-year-old is keen to see development continue on the pitch through some January additions.
Everton are already experiencing issues, though, with Moyes now suggesting January signings are not guaranteed despite the crippling absences on display.
Money should be there to be spent as the Friedkins have already shown their commitment to the club over the summer.
The summer transfer window will be a bigger opportunity for Everton and there is one sensational talent who the Blues are believed to be monitoring.

Everton eyeing move for Wolves talent Mateus Mane
Yes, the very Mateus Mane who secured Wolves a point on Wednesday evening at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
According to TeamTalk, Everton are one of the many Premier League clubs that are closely monitoring Mane following his dazzling start for Wolves.
How impressed were you with Mateus Mane on Wednesday night for Wolves? 👏
He's looked brilliant in recent weeks for Rob Edwards.
Competition for the 18-year-old former Rochdale prospect is going to be high, with the following clubs credited in the report:
- Manchester United
- Liverpool
- Manchester City
- Arsenal
- Tottenham Hotspur
- Chelsea
Youngster Tyler Dibling has struggled at Everton since making his own big-money move over the summer from Southampton.
Mane is a player who is actively showcasing his potential week in and week out with a struggling Wolves having scored in his last two outings.
Everton need more attacking threat adding to their side, but a move for Mane would require the Blues to beat some of Europe’s top sides to land his services.

Mane is one of the Premier League’s most exciting talents
Everton are keen to sign more exciting prospects, with the Friedkins putting a focus on improving the club’s production of young talent.
On the back of his performances for Wolves, Mane will now be looking to play regular first team football in the Premier League.
Who would be your dream Everton signing this month? 👀
Former Wolves manager Vitor Pereira spoke about Mane’s talent before he was sacked earlier this season.
“It was me last season that pushed the club a lot to keep Mane and to renew the contract of Mane, because I believe that he will be a top player in this league, not only in our club, but in the league generally,” he said.
“He’s young, but he is a talent, and he is very focused on what he wants in his career and he’s working very hard to win a bit of physicality.”
Whether Everton could offer Mane the platform he may look for in his next move may be another question given the issues Tyler Dibling has already experienced.
