Arsenal have now found themselves in the middle of Michael Keane’s red card dispute at Everton despite not being involved in the game.
Friday brought the shocking decision not to overturn Keane’s red card that was shown during the draw on Wednesday against Wolves.
David Moyes unleashed a scathing rant at Chris Kavanagh, who was on VAR, and the panel who oversaw the appeal.
It will not surprise many Everton fans to see yet another officiating decision go against them as it has been the theme throughout this season.
Even Wolves striker Tolu Arokodare admitted Keane shouldn’t have been sent off as he only appealed for a foul on the defender.
With frustrations still extremely high, Moyes has now dragged Arsenal into the discussion after something he noticed.

Not everyone has agreed with Moyes over the decision, with Mark Clattenburg backing Keane’s sending off in discussion with Everton News.
The inconsistencies across the game are what will really frustrate those on Merseyside, with Moyes quick to bring up another incident he recently saw.
Speaking to the media, Moyes has brought up his disbelief in seeing Gabriel Martinelli not see red for his actions against Liverpool’s Conor Bradley on Thursday night.

“To say it’s violent conduct… we’ve just seen a game last night where it’s ok to throw a ball at somebody and it’s ok to probably push them, lift them up and pick them up who have a bad injury,” Moyes said.
“But, you know, have a little pull at somebody’s hair, accidentally, means that would be a three-game ban. It’s quite extraordinary for me.”
Ironically, Everton were denied a certain penalty against Arsenal after William Saliba connected with Thierno Barry inside the box.
Just hours later, Fulham were awarded a penalty for an almost identical incident in their game against Nottingham Forest.
There is no surprise that Moyes is furious.

However, there will be a growing sense that Everton are not getting enough of these decisions to go in their favour.
Clearly, that is something Moyes thinks as he took aim at the officials during his pre-Sunderland press conference.
“I thought Jack was wrong, but since then I have been shown other players who have clapped the referee, and it has not returned in another booking or a sending off,” he added.
“We have seen handballs that we have not been given as well. So yeah, I do think there have been a few [go against Everton].”
