Everton have been handed some real injury blows in recent weeks on Merseyside but the worst one yet could be about to be shared.
David Moyes was struck by two more injuries ahead of the game against Nottingham Forest on Tuesday evening.
Charly Alcaraz and Michael Keane are now both injured, but the specifics of their issues were not disclosed by the Everton boss.

The Toffees did see Jack Grealish return to the squad despite Moyes admitting he should never have been included as he was still struggling through illness.
It was a hugely positive night for the Blues at the City Ground as James Garner inspired the Toffees to three big points.
However, there was further injury news shared after the game involving Iliman Ndiaye which could be a real concern.

Iliman Ndiaye injury update shared as Everton wait on tests
Moyes is currently without Idrissa Gana Gueye and Ndiaye who are both representing Senegal at the Africa Cup of Nations.
Ndiaye has impressed in Senegal’s opening AFCON games and he was in action again on Tuesday for their final group stage game.
The issue lies with Ndiaye being withdrawn at half time as journalist Lee-Roy Kabeya has now claimed the winger will undergo tests on Wednesday.
What on earth is going on with Everton’s injuries this season? 😡
This is getting beyond a joke now!
“Lamine Camara’s ankle twisted badly but it was more of a scare than anything serious,” he said.
“The player was substituted as a precaution and will undergo tests tomorrow.
“It’s worth noting that Iliman Ndiaye was also substituted for the same reason. Tests tomorrow.”
Everton are already worried about Ndiaye’s long-term future ahead of what could be a testing summer transfer window.
However, another injury issue is the absolute last thing which Moyes needs right now and especially to another of his top players at Everton.
Everton’s season has been riddled with injuries
The past few weeks have been nothing short of a disaster when it comes to injuries on Merseyside.
Opportunities have arisen for the likes of Tyler Dibling as a result, with Dibling impressing Moyes during his recent Everton displays.
What concerns do you have about Iliman Ndiaye leaving Everton in the summer?😫
Surely Everton must hand him a new contract!
However, Everton have big aspirations this season and they are going to need their best players to be fit to achieve those dreams.
Potentially losing a player like Ndiaye to an international duty injury will really frustrate Moyes who has already lost the likes of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.
Everton have no other choice but to keep everything crossed that the scheduled tests come back clear.
