Everton have now found out the real answer to signing a target this summer, with David Moyes eager to add to his squad.
Moyes and Everton have experienced a tricky start to pre-season after three games without a win. The 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth was very telling as Everton need new signings quickly, with the squad lacking in quality.
Moyes, out of all people, will know this and will be working with The Friedkin Group to make it happen.
Everton are ‘trying hard’ to make transfers, and one target’s agent has come clean on what will happen if the Toffees approach him.

Timothy Weah’s agent speaks out on possible Everton move
The need for attacking players is clear at Everton after a disappointing collapse against Bournemouth.
Juventus’ Timothy Weah has been on Moyes’ radar, but once again, it seems like a rejection is waiting as Weah wants to join Marseille.
This looks to be the case as journalist Fabrice Hawkins has revealed that Weah’s agent, Badou Sambague, has sent a message amid Everton’s interest, and he’s not happy with Juventus’ intentions.
“Tim Weah, always professional, was sidelined during the World Cup. This person botched his World Cup, tried to force him to go where they [Juventus] wanted,” Sambague said.
“Today, out of spite, they’re demanding a fortune and waiting for a Premier League offer that won’t come and will never be approved by us.”
This practically seems to rule out any chance of Weah making a move to Merseyside this summer. Other options must now be explored.
There is hope as Malick Fofana could join Everton, but there is also a case that Fofana has ‘other plans’ away from Everton, with Moyes scratching his head as to what to do next.

Everton should explore a Weah-type player after rejection
Although this is yet another frustrating blow to Moyes, the idea is there with a player like Weah.
It’s pretty obvious that Everton are lacking quality in depth, and improving their attacking outlet is the best way forward, and someone like Weah would have vastly improved their chances.
But although he is predominantly a winger, Weah also possesses the versatility to play at full-back. This is the ideal type of player that should stick with Moyes.
Everton want a full-back, so there could be a plan there to kill two birds with one stone to help with not only an attacking point of view, but also Everton’s overall squad.
Someone like Weah would come in handy, but in terms of actually signing the American this summer, all hope looks lost.
